We are currently looking for Office Manager to join its growing team of professionals.

Key activities

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to ensure our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining a professional working environment and supporting daily business activities.

As the Office Manager, you will coordinate administrative functions, manage office facilities, support internal communications, and serve as a key contact point for employees and external partners.

Role and responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations
  • Maintain day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive, professional workplace environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, vendor coordination, and service contracts.
  • Lead vendor selection, sourcing, and effective purchasing workflow.
  • Manage employee’s health insurance administration.
  • Oversee GA Officer and front-desk officer, general correspondence, document control, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate venue for company events and internal logistics.
Facility & Asset Management
  • Ensure office facilities, security, and utilities are properly maintained and fully operational.
  • Administer asset inventory (IT equipment, furniture, etc.) and manage maintenance schedules.
  • In charge for document archiving (digital) and physical as well as storage management (in warehouse and in office) to ensure that retention, protection and confidentiality of files and records of the office are always maintained.
  • Serve as the primary contact with building management and external vendors.
Legal & Regulatory Administration
  • Manage and maintain company legal documents, licenses, permits, and certifications to ensure validity and timely renewals.
  • Coordinate and support visa processes, work permits, and other expatriate employment formalities in compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise with government offices, authorities, and legal consultants when required.
IT & Business Support
  • Lead the IT team in supporting daily IT operations and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware/software inventory, and network reliability.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors on system maintenance, cybersecurity, and upgrades.
  • Support implementation of digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement of administrative processes and digital tools.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • Minimum 7-9 years of experience in office management or general services/general affairs.
  • Excellent communication in English is a must.
  • Hands‑on experience with MS Office, must be technologically savvy. Experience supervising IT or technical support teams is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with government licensing and expatriate working permit processes.
  • Must be able to excel in a fast‑paced, demanding work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized, ability to multitask.
