Gentem Indonesia is looking for a Sales Call Center Manager to lead the team that handles all new incoming leads through phone and chat. We need a results-focused manager who can bring structure, discipline, and energy to drive stronger lead conversions and consistent team performance.
Lead the team responsible for handling all incoming call and chat.
Make sure every lead is contacted quickly, given the right information, and booked for a consultation with our sales team.
Set clear daily targets and track team performance to improve conversion from lead to appointment (lead-to-show rate).
Review calls, chats, and CRM updates every day to ensure quality and consistency in how leads are handled.
Coach team members through hands‑on guidance, real‑time feedback, and clear performance expectations.
Build a disciplined, high‑performing team culture focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and results.
Experience Leading a Telemarketing Team: You’ve managed a team that contacts leads by phone or chat and know how to boost their conversion and productivity.
Strong Micromanagement: You’re hands‑on, keep track of each team member’s performance, and give quick, clear feedback when things need to improve.
Performance Management: You set clear daily and weekly targets, monitor results, and make sure everyone meets their goals.
Sales Process Improvement: You spot what slows the team down, fix weak points in scripts or workflows, and keep testing better ways to convert leads.
Attention to Detail: You make sure all data in the CRM is accurate, every step follows the standard process, and nothing is missed.
