Job description

LYD Bali Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Supervisor to support daily operations at La Brisa, our iconic beachfront venue in Bali. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong floor control, guest service excellence, and solid experience in beach club operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily floor operations to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience.

Lead, coordinate, and support service teams on the floor during operations.

Monitor service standards, grooming, and discipline in line with La Brisa brand standards.

Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling feedback, requests, and complaints professionally.

Coordinate closely with Bar, Kitchen, Host, and Security teams to ensure seamless operations.

Support upselling initiatives and ensure revenue targets are met during shifts.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, health & safety standards, and beach club operational procedures.

Assist in staff briefing, on-the-job training, and performance monitoring.

Report operational issues and daily performance to the Assistant Manager / Manager on duty.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Captain in a beach club or high-volume lifestyle venue (mandatory).

Strong understanding of beach club operations, guest flow, table management, and service timing.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and guest engagement skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with premium guests.

Well-groomed and confident

Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
