A telecommunication engineering company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an HR Assistant and Secretary who can communicate fluently in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR administration and strong organizational capabilities. Responsibilities include managing employee records, assisting in recruitment, and providing support to the HR Manager. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing team in a dynamic environment.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or Secretary.
- Capable of working autonomously and remaining calm under pressure.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain employee databases and sort emails for the HR department.
- Assist with payroll duties by keeping accurate records of attendance and leave.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.

- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
- Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
- Submit online job postings, short‑list candidates and schedule job interviews.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Manage and coordinate schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.

- Min 3 years experience as HR Assistant or Secretary
- Excellent organization ability.
- Familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
- Hold an HR‑related degree and have some experience in our industry.
- Capable of working autonomously and remaining calm under pressure.
- After training, able to assist HR Managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandatory).
