Job summary

Qualifications

• Working experience at a Public Accountant firm for at least 6 months.

Job description

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, management dashboards and performance analyses.

Evaluate and provide analysis of revenue, cost structures and profitability of each service line to support business decisions.

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and commercial teams to provide financial insights and strategic support.

Ensure financial activities comply with corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Deliver high standards of data integrity and financial governance across both business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Accounting, or Economics; with min IPK 3,00. Preferable from reputable university.
• Minimum experience 2-3 years in FP&A, financial management or business analysis. Experience in FMCG or retail industry is advantage and working experience at Public Accountant firm min 6 months.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, proficiency in financial modelling and ERP systems, excellent communication and leadership abilities, good time management and strong business accumen.
• Detail oriented, proactive, able to work under pressure and committed to integrity and accuracy.

Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangsel.
