Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Jakarta is looking for an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2–3 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and financial literacy. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma; Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Management preferred.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor/Assistant Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
  • Knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and sales analysis.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities
A. Daily Operations

Supervise all daily restaurant activities.

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene comply with company SOPs.

Conduct daily briefings with staff.

Resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively.

B. Team Management

Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.

Prepare work schedules (duty roster) and ensure sufficient manpower.

Provide coaching and guidance to improve service quality.

Foster effective communication and teamwork within the outlet.

C. Customer Service & Guest Relations

Ensure all guests receive excellent service at all times.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor online customer reviews and follow up on necessary improvements.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Control operational expenses, including food cost and labor cost.

Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.

E. Inventory & Purchasing

Ensure proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Conduct regular stock-taking.

Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and evaluating product quality.

F. Compliance & Standards

Ensure all SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards are followed.

Responsible for implementing internal audits.

Ensure all outlet licenses and permits remain valid (if applicable).

3. Qualifications
