We are an established telecommunication engineering company specializing in turnkey projects, project management, and manpower supply for advanced telecommunication wireless networking solutions in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties.
  • Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
  • Submit online job postings, short‑list candidates and schedule job interviews.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor all major
  • Min 3 years experience as HR Assistant or Secretary
  • Excellent organization ability.
  • Familiarity with HR software and strong communication skills.
  • Hold an HR‑related degree and have some experience in our industry.
  • Capable of working autonomously and remaining calm under pressure.
  • After training, able to assist HR Managers in the whole recruitment lifecycle.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Mandatory).
