• Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing creatives that resonate with target audiences and amplify brand visibility.
• Proficient in design tools and software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others) to deliver high-quality content across various formats (web, print, social media, etc.).
• Deep understanding of brand identity and style guidelines, ensuring all creative assets align with the brand’s voice while evolving its look to stay relevant in a dynamic market.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, managing relationships with stakeholders from marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.

• Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and using analytics to fine-tune designs for better performance and conversion.

• Understands brand tonality & style guide, works to evolve it while staying true to the essence.

• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 4-5 years of relevant industry experience in a brand design or digital studio.
• Up-to-date knowledge in Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.
• Knack in creative & innovative design.
• Pro in Visual Ideation/Concept Design.
• Skills in typography and illustrations are desired.
• Good communication skills.
• Facilitating brainstorming for ideas.
• Strong knowledge of rendering and printing techniques.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market context, ensuring designs resonate with local consumer preferences and cultural nuances.
