• Demonstrate a safety-first attitude
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and conduct testing to ensure safety standards are met
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical work across projects
• Collaborate with project teams to meet electrical requirements
• Provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades
• Maintain accurate records of work, inspections, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all electrical tasks
• Support workshop and field teams with electrical expertise and technical support

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited university
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; internal training provided
• Technician K3 Listrik certification (Electrical Safety Technician) — a plus
• BNSP Electrician Certification — a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial electrical work — preferable
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
• Willingness to be assigned across various project locations in Indonesia
