A growing national Fire & Safety Equipment company, offering fire safety equipment and solutions with products ranging from fire extinguishers, fire blankets, hydrants and hoses, fire suppression systems, etc., is currently seeking for the following position:

Jakarta/Balikpapan

Job Summary

Responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing sales of fire detection, fire protection, and fire suppression solutions within the Oil & Gas sector. This role focuses on key accounts, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering technically sound fire safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Oil & Gas operators, refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, and offshore platforms
  • Identify new business opportunities, projects, and tenders within the Oil & Gas sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including HSE teams, engineering managers, procurement, EPCs, and consultants
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in fire safety, fire protection, or industrial safety
  • Proven experience selling to the Oil & Gas industry
