Job description

Develop sales strategies for Logistics services, including:

• Warehousing
• Transportation (land & sea)

Seek and acquire new clients from the Oil & Gas and Non-Oil & Gas, & Mining sectors.

Manage business relationships with existing clients and maintain customer satisfaction levels.

Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Understand the technical requirements of logistics operations to provide effective solutions.

Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably related to business, management, or engineering).

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Logistics, Oil & Gas services, Shorebase operations, and Mining Industry.

Extensive network in the Oil & Gas and/or Non-Oil & Gas, Mining industries.

Strong understanding of shorebase operations, HSSE, marine logistics, and supply chain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal and results-oriented.

Willingness to travel on business to areas of operation (ports, bases, or client locations).
