Job summary

A global beverage company is seeking an EHS Senior Officer in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree related to health and safety, and at least 3 years of EHS experience, preferably in FMCG or Oil and Gas. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an EHS position.
  • Experience in FMCG Manufacturing or Oil and Gas Industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa (verbal and written).
  • Familiar with EHS Management System, SMK3, HIRADC, and Fire Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and enforce occupational and fire safety policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
  • Train personnel on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Develop evacuation plans and coordinate emergency responses.
  • Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures.
