Job summary

A reputable engineering firm in Indonesia seeks a qualified Instrumentation Engineer to prepare engineering designs, install and maintain instrumentation equipment, and provide consultancy support. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in the oil and gas or mining sectors and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Fluency in English and familiarity with calibration processes and specific software like InstruCalc are required. This position is contract-based and located in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in oil and gas or mining industries.
• Good knowledge of calibration processes and P&ID Diagram.
• Experience with basic automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering design related to instrumentation.
• Develop, install, and maintain instrumentation equipment.

Job description

Prepare engineering design in the area of instrumentation (Specification, Material Calculation, Datasheet, IO List, etc).

Developing, installing, testing, calibrating, managing, and/or maintaining instrumentation equipment.

Providing advice and consultancy support.

Requirements:

Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the oil and gas companies; mining companies, etc.

Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering, Physics Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering from reputable university.

Have a good knowledge of instrument equipment, multiple calibration processes, P&ID Diagram, and basic automation system.

Familiar with InstruCalc, FirstVue, or other software.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

Status: Contract Based.
