Job summary
A leading IT services firm in Indonesia is seeking an IT Supervisor to oversee corporate IT operations. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining server systems, troubleshooting network issues, and managing IT staff. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT or similar, three years of relevant experience, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in computer networks, virtualization technologies, and IT security is essential for success in this role.

- Install and Maintain Server system
- Install and Monitoring Network Infrastructure
- Troubleshooting Server & Network and other IT Devices
- Upgrade Existing Technology, Ensure Data Recovery
- Manage IT Staff and Operations
- Monitoring systems operations and make recommendations as needed
- Implement, analyze, design & execute IT infrastructures & policies
- Coordinate with various departments to design all management reports for all IT projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience as IT System engineer / IT Infrastructure / IT Supervisor
- Proficient with computer networks (LAN/WAN), Mikrotik, Microsoft Hyper‑V or VMWare (Server Virtualization)
- Have knowledge about Sql, Html, CCTV, RDP ( Remote Desktop Protocol), ERP systems & PoS
- Have knowledge about Web hosting, DNS & email server
- Proficient in computer hardware & software, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, IT security, Windows Software, Windows Server, Microsoft Office
- Good management and leadership skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
