A leading telecom infrastructure firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Project Division professional to lead telecommunications infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include managing project execution from planning through to completion, controlling budgets, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of project management experience in telecommunications, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills. The role may require travel to project sites.
We are seeking an experienced Project Division professional to lead and manage telecommunication infrastructure projects, including colocation, dismantle, rollout, and related network projects. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution—from planning and budgeting to implementation, monitoring, and project closing—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead and oversee multiple telecom infrastructure projects (colocation, dismantle, relocation, and related activities).
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, manpower, budget, and risk management.
Control and monitor project budget, cost realization, and profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners).
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety (HSE), contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement corrective actions proactively.
Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost tracking, and performance metrics.
Manage project documentation, including BOQ, SOW, variation orders, and project closing documents.
Ensure proper project handover and closing (customer acceptance, final documents, and billing readiness).
Support continuous improvement in project management systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in telecommunication or infrastructure project management.
Strong experience in colocation, dismantle, rollout, or network infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in budget control, cost tracking, and project closing.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and reporting.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
PMP or other project management certifications.
Experience handling projects for major telecom operators or vendors.
Strong understanding of contract management and commercial aspects of projects.
