Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in Strategic Business Development, Corporate Planning, or Project Management, with at least 3 years at the managerial level.
- Cross‑functional experience coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Marketing.
- Experience in the logistics, supply chain, gateway, or transportation industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of project management, financial analysis, and corporate strategy.
- Business and financial analysis skills, including reading financial reports, creating business cases, and projecting ROI.
- Negotiation and strategic communication skills to establish cooperation with external parties (potential partners, investors, consultants).
- Project management skills; understanding the project cycle from initiation to implementation, including cross‑departmental coordination.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify new business opportunities (joint ventures, joint operations, service diversification).
- Leadership and team management, including coaching, performance appraisal, and development of SBD team members’ capabilities.
- Ability to prepare business proposals, feasibility studies, and effective executive presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Main Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and follow up on strategic business opportunities such as joint ventures, joint operations, and new business initiatives that are in line with RPX Group’s objectives.
- Act as a project manager who leads the planning, feasibility analysis, and implementation of strategic projects.
- Prepare business proposals, investment analyses, and executive summaries to be submitted to C‑level management.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modelling to support business decision‑making.
- Coordinate with the Legal, Finance, Operations, IT, and other departments to ensure the alignment and completeness of the due diligence process.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with external partners, investors, and consultants to develop business collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure all strategic initiatives are carried out in accordance with corporate governance, policies, and applicable laws.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs and progress reports, and provide recommendations for improvement when necessary.
- Manage, train, and develop SBD team members through coaching, performance management, and training to create a competent, motivated, and high‑performing team.
