Job description
  • Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relatedfield
  • Min 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, and/or Sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship buildingskills.
  • Practical minded with a technical/ mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply newproduct or technical knowledge
  • Must be comfortable and open to working on commercial & residential jobsites: Making enduser visits, sales calls, distributor visit, and field testing
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Have car driving license and willing to travel out of town
  • Develop responsible product category strategy and growth objectives including, but not limitedto: new product commercialization, sales budget, inventory management, demand planning,and promotional planning
  • Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with BrandMarketing, Sales, JSS, Service,Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams
  • Conduct field market & competitive research for target professional trade users andapplications to suggest new product opportunities and position products in market
  • Commercialize new products for market, including: market & product research, competitiveanalysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, marketing asset development,sales training, and after launch support
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as necessary
