Tasks:
  • Develop and Execute Engagement Campaigns
    • Create and implement strategies for user engagement across push notifications, email, and WhatsApp.
    • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring performance.
    • Setup and drive automation process of user engagement journey to improve certain metrics.
  • Analyse Engagement Metrics
    • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click‑through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Use data insights to optimise campaigns and improve user engagement.
  • Personalisation and Segmentation
    • Develop personalised messaging strategies tailored to different user segments.
    • Utilise user data and behaviour to create targeted and relevant communications.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation
    • Conduct A/B tests on message content, timing, and delivery channels to identify the most effective strategies.
    • Continuously test and iterate on campaigns to improve results.

Ensure a cohesive user experience by integrating engagement efforts across all channels, including push, email, and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with other marketing and product teams to align engagement strategies with broader company goals.

  • User Feedback and Iteration
    • Gather and analyse user feedback related to engagement efforts.
    • Make data‑driven adjustments to campaigns based on feedback and performance.
  • Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed documentation of engagement campaigns and outcomes.

Regularly report on engagement metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Engagement or Retention Marketing
    • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on user engagement or retention strategies across mobile push, email, or messaging apps.
  • Strong Analytical Skills
    • Proficiency in analysing engagement metrics and using data to drive decision‑making.
    • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) and A/B testing platforms.
  • Technical Proficiency
    • Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar tools.
    • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email marketing and familiarity with push notification technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with users.
