Job description

The ideal art director will bring a mix of creativity, marketing, and commercial expertise to the position, promoting our company and that of our valued customers. We are looking for someone who has the grit and passion to take Desty brand to the next level. The candidate must have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with marketing communications and UI/UX team to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our brand perception and marketing communications.
  • Strong in conceptualization of effective & creative communication solutions.
  • Execute and oversee: campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee production with external agency (static & motion).
  • Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests.
  • Present or oversee presentation of final concepts, coordinate production and dissemination for cross-organizational use
Qualifications
  • Min. bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
  • Min. 2 years experience holding Art Director position.
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Preferably has worked in a reputable ad agency before.
  • Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exceptional capability with creative conceptualization, layout, and prototyping.
  • Experience with leading a team of creative talent is a plus.
