A Day in the Life

this role will deal with CV portfolio for Medtronic hence background expericnce with cardivascular business will be preffered

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • A Marketing specialist that will be responsible for a range of therapy areas including Cardiac Rythm Management, Coronary Vascular , Peripheral & Endo venous therapies directly and Cardiac Surgery , Structural heart , RDN , CAS indirectly .
  • Acts as a liaison between the Global Operating Units in building and executing the strategy for both downstream and upstream activities which includes leading strategic Marketing plans and New Product Launches for the portfolio to achieve revenue, profit and market share targets.
  • Being active member and contributor to build a team of Product marketers in Indonesia & Frontier Market.
  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities.
  • Responsibilities may also include coordinating trade show activities, e‑catalogue, developing future e‑commerce strategies, and tracking of marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future marketing promotions.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in medical device or Surgical Therapy is required.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility
  • Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Collaborative, team orientation mindset with proven ability to successfully work in a highly complex matrix environment
