  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in business or related field
  • Min of 10 years experience in handling similar tasks
  • Have extensive experience managing creative and media agencies, and handling more than 5+ full 360 including TVC , Digital and retail per year for the past couple years
  • Demonstrated leadership and team skills
  • Comfortable with numbers, budget & planning, metrics
  • Knowledge about consumer research
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Skilled in budgeting and planning
  • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members
  • Eager to work in a creative and collaborative environment
  • Lead brand marketing activities by overseeing the creation of engaging designs and content for the business marketing programs across online and offline channels to ensure proper and consistent communication and embodiment of the brands identity
  • Lead design and coordinate events, marketing projects, and advertisement campaigns for the brand and product to win market top of mind, awareness and conversion to ultimately generate sales
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customers perception and behavior and formulate effective marketing strategies to drive consumer understanding and insight for our customer to have stronger and impactful brand experiences
  • Lead product innovation activities in developing great selling products across several departments within the company to acquire new users and grow sales
