Job summary
A leading franchise management company in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Franchise Area Coordinator responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of franchise outlets. This role includes ensuring compliance with brand standards, assisting franchise partners in achieving sales targets, and providing coaching to improve operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 2-3 years of experience in operations or franchise management, along with strong leadership and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, business development, retail management, or franchise management.
- Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations within the assigned area.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support franchise branches within the assigned area for smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all franchise outlets comply with brand standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Assist franchise partners in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.

Education
The Franchise Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and developing the performance of franchise branches within the assigned region. This role ensures that all franchise outlets consistently meet brand standards, deliver excellent customer experience, and achieve their operational and sales targets. The Franchise Area Coordinator works closely with franchise partners, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic recommendations to help each location grow while maintaining alignment with company values and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, business development, retail management, or franchise management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, supervise, and motivate multiple franchise partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to travel frequently to franchise locations within the assigned area.
- Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Oversee and support franchise branches within the assigned area to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure all franchise outlets comply with brand standards, SOPs, and quality guidelines.
- Assist franchise partners in achieving their sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and optimizing operations.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, and provide coaching.
- Develop action plans for underperforming franchise outlets and monitor progress over time.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Academics, HR, Operations) to support franchise needs.
- Provide training, guidance, and best practices to franchise owners and their teams.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and propose strategies for growth.
- Support the opening of new franchise branches, including training, setup, and launch oversight.
- Handle franchise escalations professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
