The Franchise Area Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, supporting, and developing the performance of franchise branches within the assigned region. This role ensures that all franchise outlets consistently meet brand standards, deliver excellent customer experience, and achieve their operational and sales targets. The Franchise Area Coordinator works closely with franchise partners, providing guidance, coaching, and strategic recommendations to help each location grow while maintaining alignment with company values and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Academics, HR, Operations) to support franchise needs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and best practices to franchise owners and their teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze sales reports, and propose strategies for growth.
  • Support the opening of new franchise branches, including training, setup, and launch oversight.
  • Handle franchise escalations professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
