Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major (but Tourism and Hospitality majors are preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Hotel General Manager.
  • Must have good communication and dress neatly.
  • Understand marketing strategy and business development in hotel industry.
  • Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people.
  • Should be highly motivated and self driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Having knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls.
  • Willing to be placed in all Metland Hotel.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily business operations.
  • Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitiveness.
  • Establish the hotel's reputation for quality with a hands‑on approach regarding operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting to ensure the property operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Achieve all financial and business targets.
  • Direct Report to Operational Director.
