A growing retail company in Tangerang is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, especially in SEO, social media, and email campaigns. Strong leadership skills and an analytical mindset are essential for optimizing initiatives across both e-commerce and offline stores.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5 - 7 years relevant experience, preferably from retail industry especially in Fashion.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels is essential.
- Savvy with current trends in social media.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Responsible for all digital marketing activities.
- Direct the creation of content for various channels.
- Collaborate with store operation and e-commerce teams.
- Lead and supervise teams, including graphic design and digital marketing.
Conhecimentos
Formação académica
- Minimum 5 - 7 years relevant experience, preferably from retail industry especially in Fashion.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field from a top university.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media with proven track record.
- Savvy with current trends in social media and possess knowledge in omnichannel retail.
- Strong analytical, business‑minded, and possess good problem‑solving skills.
- Work comfortably with numbers and data to support hypothesis and decisions.
- Organized and efficient in seeking resources, planning and actively looking to make things happen.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
- Position will be placed in Gading Serpong - Tangerang (Lakon Indonesia).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and goals for both e-commerce and offline stores.
- Responsible for all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Formulate loyalty members reward scheme and program.
- Direct the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
- Bring new and creative ideas for marketing events and themes throughout the year.
- Lead and supervise teams including graphic design, social media, visual merchandising, digital marketing & photographer team.
- Collaborate with store operation, e-commerce and merchandise to achieve targeted performance for both e-commerce and offline stores.
- Identify trends and insight, and optimize initiatives accordingly.
