Our client is a 5* Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
- Experience working in 5* hotels
- Strong in Sales, Strategy, Plan and Forecasting
- Knowledge in PR and Online & Offline Marketing strategy
- Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
- Excellent English both oral and written
- Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
- Clear understanding of revenue/yield management techniques
- Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
- Result oriented and ability to solicit business to capitalize sales/revenue opportunities
- Strong and effective planning and time management skills
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate his/her team
- Computer literate
- Active person with outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm personality and positive attitude
