  • Deep understanding of digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media with proven track record.
  • Savvy with current trends in social media and possess knowledge in omnichannel retail.
  • Strong analytical, business‑minded, and possess good problem‑solving skills.
  • Work comfortably with numbers and data to support hypothesis and decisions.
  • Organized and efficient in seeking resources, planning and actively looking to make things happen.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website management.
  • Position will be placed in Gading Serpong - Tangerang (Lakon Indonesia).
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and goals for both e-commerce and offline stores.
  • Responsible for all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Formulate loyalty members reward scheme and program.
  • Direct the creation of compelling content for various channels, including websites, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Bring new and creative ideas for marketing events and themes throughout the year.
  • Lead and supervise teams including graphic design, social media, visual merchandising, digital marketing & photographer team.
  • Collaborate with store operation, e-commerce and merchandise to achieve targeted performance for both e-commerce and offline stores.
  • Identify trends and insight, and optimize initiatives accordingly.
