A property development company is seeking a Marketing Communication & Promotion Officer in Sentul-Bogor. This role involves developing marketing plans for property launches, conducting market research, and creating compelling content for promotions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications with 2–5 years of experience, preferably in real estate. Strong digital marketing skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads and Canva are required. Join us in engaging with property buyers effectively.
Develop marketing plans for new property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and ongoing sales campaigns.
Conduct property market research to understand customer trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and buyer behavior.
Design and promote marketing funnels to attract quality leads for sales teams.
Coordinate with sales agents to ensure marketing activities support sales targets.
Create compelling content for property listings, brochures, flyers, signage, billboards, and digital ads.
Develop scripts, project descriptions, and promotional messages for videos, walkthroughs, and presentations.
Ensure accurate and appealing property descriptions that highlight unique selling points (USPs).
Manage online property listings on websites, portals, and social media platforms.
Run digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) targeting property buyers and investors.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve visibility of property projects.
Monitor campaign performance and generate weekly lead-tracking reports.
Build relationships with property influencers, media houses, real estate bloggers, and advertising partners.
Prepare press releases and coordinate media coverage for property launches, handover ceremonies, and events.
Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure visual identity aligns with property branding guidelines.
Plan and execute promotional events such as open days, property tours, exhibitions, and community engagement activities.
Coordinate branding setups: banners, site boards, billboards, model homes, and project display centers.
Work with vendors on printing, signage production, and merchandising.
Prepare newsletters, SMS campaigns, and email marketing for prospective and existing customers.
Support customer engagement initiatives by providing property updates, promotions, and project milestones.
Assist in managing customer feedback and improving buyer communication touchpoints.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of marketing or communication experience, preferably in real estate or property development.
Experience in digital property marketing is an added advantage.
Strong copywriting and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc).
Ability to create marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of property buyer motivation and real estate market dynamics.
Excellent coordination, organization, and project-management abilities.
