Role Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
- Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and Digital activities such as production communication material, in‑store activation, event activation, sponsorship, sampling, digital campaign, etc.
- Organize, attend, and supervise marketing related activities or events.
- Liaise with all stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure all marketing initiatives run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Brand Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating his/her assigned brands (ATL, BTL, and Digital) activities such as production video, events, sampling, promotional activities, and digital campaigns.
- Assist Brand Manager to monitor and review marketing spending on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze internal sales data on a regular basis.
- Co‑work with the respective sales team for promotional mechanism, trade promotion, and all in‑store activities.
- Liaise with external parties (i.e., vendors, agencies, EO, etc.) to execute marketing activities.
- Involved and liaise with relevant teams to ensure New Product Development is progressed as planned.
- Contribute to conceptualizing and initiating marketing campaigns in all channels & platforms such as offline consumer promotion, digital campaigns (social media, influencers, media placement, etc.).
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, competitors’ activities, conversion rate, KPI, etc.) to help sharpen marketing strategies in the future.
- Regularly visit markets to check availability, visibility, and competitor activities to gain insight for reviewing and crafting marketing plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles.
- Proven track record in brand planning, campaign execution, and market analysis.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and refine brand strategies aligned with business goals.
