Hello! We are a rapidly growing education company in need of an experienced, results-driven digital marketing specialist to own customer acquisition, drive conversions and directly fuel our growth.

Note on experience

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in driving sales conversions and generating high-quality leads. Applicants whose experience is primarily in brand awareness, engagement, or traffic-only campaigns will not be considered.

Main Responsibilities
  • Optimise and manage our customer acquisition through paid advertising to drive conversion on the website and CRM.
  • Execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that are primarily focused on driving conversion (sales, high-quality leads, etc).
  • Plan and manage end-to-end SEO and SEM Google Ads.
Campaign Management & Execution
  • End-to-end execution of digital paid ad campaigns, from market research, budgeting, to monitoring, tracking and reporting.
  • Proactively manage and optimise campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs (cost per lead, CAC, ROAS).
Website & CRM
  • Manage our CRM database and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into sales through email and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Optimise website performance, including A/B testing, product catalogues, checkout flow and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Measure and report on the performance of e-commerce platforms and CRM through analytic tools such as Google Analytics etc.
  • Using advanced data analysis to optimise ad spend CPA/CAC and scale ROAS/ROI.
  • Deliver clear in-depth performance reports with actionable insights and optimisation recommendations on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align on the overall brand strategy.
Requirements
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, using data insight to make decisions.
  • Good understanding of online marketing strategies and customer behaviour.
  • Basic content creation skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and willing to learn and improve skills.
Technical Skills
  • Platform: Detailed knowledge and hands‑on experience with Facebook, Google (Search & YouTube), TikTok, and other digital ads.
  • Conversion tracking: Expert in setting up and troubleshooting paid ad conversion tracking, including platforms like Meta Pixel/Conversion API, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and UTM parameter creation.
  • Analytics: Advanced proficiency in leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the native analytics platform to measure campaign data and insights.
  • Website optimisation: Proven experience in optimising landing pages and website funnels, including the ability to build, A/B test, manage and optimise web pages using platforms like Shopify and WordPress.
  • Content: Ability to create attractive design and content concepts for ads, website and CRM.
  • SEO Fundamentals: A working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (On‑Page techniques) is beneficial, including the ability to write and manage basic SEO.
  • CRM: Solid experience in using and managing CRM tools such as Hubspot, email and WA marketing, to do remarketing and optimise lead nurturing funnels.
