Our client is a leading global household products brand with a strong presence in Indonesia, recognized for its high-quality houseware appliances. The company focuses on innovation, durability, and user-friendly designs, supported by a wide retail network and growing e-commerce channels across the country.

They are currently open for a Marketing Manager position, who is responsible for strengthening brand awareness through integrated marketing, PR initiatives, digital performance campaigns, and offline activations. This role oversees both the Marketing and PR teams to drive brand growth, media visibility, and effective consumer engagement.

Led end-to-end marketing strategy focusing on brand awareness, digital initiatives, and media outreach.

Oversaw digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing, ensuring campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Managed PR functions such as media conferences, press relations, and brand communication strategies.

Directed offline activation programs to support brand visibility and consumer engagement.

Supervised and developed a team of 5+ members across Marketing and PR divisions.

Collaborated with internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with business objectives and retail strategies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years at the managerial level.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Solid background in PR, media relations, and managing media conferences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a marketing and PR team.
  • Prior exposure to retail fashion or home appliance industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
