We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and oversee specialized marketing teams. This role is responsible for building and executing data-driven marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, generating leads, and ensuring measurable ROI for each business unit. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Build and execute digital marketing strategies tailored for different business sectors.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform strategies.

Manage annual marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Oversee multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, influencers, and programmatic advertising.

Implement performance-driven strategies with measurable growth targets.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance in real time.

Ensure brand consistency across sectors while customizing campaigns for target audiences.

Lead creative efforts to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.

Track performance and provide actionable reports.

Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership/managerial role.

Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns across various industries.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email automation platforms, CRM).

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-sector business environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
