The role involves developing job profiles, conducting training needs analysis, and managing employee engagement programs. Developing Job Profile (Job Analysis & Job Descriptions)
Familiar with the principles of KPI, OKR, and other performance appraisal systems.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance evaluation results and organizational development plans.
Run employee engagement programs (e.g., town hall meetings, employee of the month)
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure new hires align with company culture and operational needs
Support the onboarding process to help new employees adapt quickly
