A leading HR consulting firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HRGA Assistant Manager for a Japanese manufacturing company in Karawang. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in HRGA, with specific skills in labor union management and organization development. Responsibilities include overseeing HRGA functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading negotiations. Candidates must be proficient in English and familiar with ISO standards. This role offers an opportunity to impact workplace dynamics positively.
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience as HRGA Assistant Manager in a Japanese manufacturing company.
- Experience in handling labor unions and organizational development.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and HSE regulations.
Responsabilités
- Oversee HRGA functions of the company.
- Liaise between management and the labor union.
- Lead collective bargaining negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and agreements.
- Develop and implement IR strategies.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
- Develop HR policies and SOPs.
- Implement ISO and HSE standards.
- Monitor workplace safety with HSE team.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Assistant Manager.
- Assist in overseeing day to tday HRGA Function of the company
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and the labour union, ensuring smooth, transparent, and constructive communication
- Lead and participate in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance handling, and dispute resolution activities
- Monitor and ensure company compliance with labour laws, regulations, and collective labour agreements (CLA)
- Develop and implement IR strategies that support a harmonious and productive work environment
- Support the planning and implementation of organization development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Support in developing HR policies, SOPs, and improving projects that support employee engagement and performance
- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and HSE standards within company operations
- Collaborate with the HSE team to monitor workplace safety, conduct inspections, and promote safety awareness
- Minimal D3 from any major
- Active English skill, able to converse and create report to Japanese
- More than 3 years of working experience as HRGA Assistant Manager in a Japanese Manufacturing company with direct experience in handling Labor Union and familiarity in organization development
- Good understanding and familiar with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and HSE
- Firm, decisive, good communication skill, and able to work under pressure
