Job description
Operational Excellence Assistant Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or Pharmacy. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Production Manager in manufacturing.

Responsible for overseeing OPEX projects according to established standards and specifications. Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies; proficient in tools like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.

Skilled in data analysis software (Minitab, SPSS) and MS Office. Able to design and implement Lean Six Sigma programs, manage process improvement projects.

Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, leadership, and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in supervising and leading projects related to operational excellence.
  • Manage process/personnel/machinery standardization in the context of operational cost efficiency.
  • Assist operational excellence (OPEX) managers in socializing, managing, and achieving project targets related to cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement.
  • Make strategic planning related to the Operational Excellence workplan.
  • Evaluate team member performance.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Maintain and participate in Health, Safety, and Environment and anticipate potential hazards in the work environment.
