Our client is a Japanese Automobiles company. Currently, they are looking for Logistic Delivery Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and control delivery schedules to ensure on-time shipment to customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics providers, and internal teams to prepare delivery materials, documents, and packaging.
  • Monitor delivery status closely and escape potential delays with immediate countermeasures.
  • Follow up delivery commitments with both customers and suppliers to ensure shipments meet required deadlines.
  • Handle logistics preparation for outbound and inbound goods, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Evaluate delivery risks and propose improvements to enhance delivery reliability and lead-time performance.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding material availability, shipment status, and delivery issues.
  • Ensure suppliers meet delivery schedules and quality requirements.
  • Conduct strong and consistent follow-up to avoid shortages or delays.
  • Conduct and track project activities related to productivity, logistics improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Support kaizen initiatives and ensure improvements are documented and implemented.
  • Conduct Shop Floor Management activities to monitor daily performance related to production and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for production, delivery, logistics, and project activities.
  • Ensure documents meet internal standards and audit requirements.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management or any related major
  • Business level of English
  • Have 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager and 5 years experience in Logistics control/delivery or supply chains for first tier automotive companies in Japanese Companies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
