PT.SINOMA DEVELOPMENT INDONESIA's sister company (Lianyungang Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Group Co., Ltd) is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Jakarta. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organisation.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share for GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)/GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) products including GRP pipes, GRP tanks, and GRE pipes.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, distributors, EPC contractors, and end-users in relevant industries (water supply, wastewater, oil & gas, chemical plants, mining, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and production teams to ensure accurate product specifications, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and price benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, with continuous monitoring and reporting of progress.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and project meetings to strengthen business networks and promote the brand.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in GRP/GRE products, Pipes & fittings.
  • Strong knowledge of GRP/GRE applications, standards, and industry markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for client visits, project meetings, and exhibitions.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin ability is a plus.
