Lead and manage the Data Analytics & Insights team, ensuring delivery of accurate, timely, and impactful insights.

Implement GenAI-powered analytics workflows: use LLMs to accelerate reporting, automate narratives, and enhance decision-making.

Design and refine prompt engineering frameworks for business intelligence (e.g., translating natural language queries into SQL/insight pipelines).

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business reviews and executive decision-making.

Apply advanced analytics and statistical modeling to support strategies in customer acquisition, cross-sell, retention, and win-back programs.

Establish and maintain a knowledge library: analytics documentation, prompt templates, data dictionaries, and business process flow.

Drive a culture of self-service analytics: enable business users to query and interact with data/insights directly (with GenAI Agentic).

Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance in all analytics projects.

Deliver insight-driven strategies that go beyond reporting, focusing on tangible impact and customer value.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years proven experience in data analytics, BI, or business insights; with 1+ years managing analytics/insights teams.
• Strong analytical and statistical ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience in GenAI analytics (e.g., using LLMs for data querying, automated insight generation, narrative analytics).
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and logic design for AI-driven insights.
• Skilled in SQL and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent).
• Hands‑on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Familiarity with Python/R for data analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities — able to explain data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset: not just producing reports but influencing decisions.
• Passion for problem solving, data exploration, and AI-driven innovation.
