Senior Media Buyer / Digital Traffic Manager

ResultAd, a performance marketing agency working with Top‑1000 businesses in Indonesia, is looking for you, Senior Media Buyer with hands‑on as well as leadership experience. We’re seeking a motivated professional eager to grow and achieve ambitious goals alongside us.

Job Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize performance‑driven ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, OEM channels, and DSP channels. We also have our very own DSP platform!

Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of the curve.

Collect data, create compelling media plans, and present them to advertisers.

Test hypotheses, identify winning strategies, and justify recommendations to account teams and clients.

Craft ad copy and creative briefs and provide clear briefs to designers.

Act as the go‑to expert for your channel in both internal and client meetings.

Manage your future team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 2 years of experience promoting mobile apps, preferably at an agency.

Platform Knowledge: Expertise with ad platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Bigo, Petal Ads, Xiaomi, and/or other OEM and DSP channels.

CPAS: You know how CPAS campaigns work and can educate other team members on how to do it.

Tracking Tools: Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica) and/or trackers (Binom, Keitaro).

Media Planning: Proven ability to create effective media plans.

Analytical Skills: Strong technical mindset and experience working with large datasets.

Technical Know‑How: Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Creative Edge: A knack for crafting persuasive ad copy combined with data‑driven decision‑making.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
