A leading agricultural machinery company in Indonesia is seeking a Mechanical Team Leader with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and at least 5 years of experience. The role involves overseeing tractor maintenance operations, leading a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong mechanical expertise and willingness to travel are essential for this position.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of tractor systems including engines and transmissions.
- Skilled in operating maintenance and repair equipment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair operations for tractors.
- Lead a team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage operational travel to various locations.
Skills
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical/automotive engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience as a manager in the automotive industry, specifically related to tractor maintenance and repair
Strong understanding of tractor systems and components, including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems
