Job summary

A successful growing company in Jakarta is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment processes and oversee employee probation periods. Candidates should have a Bachelor degree, 3+ years of recruitment experience, and excellent English proficiency. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. This role offers a chance to contribute to a growing business focused on preventing fraud.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Recruiter, either in-house or as an external recruiter.
  • Proficiency in English (both oral & written).
  • Experience in recruiting for technology roles is a distinct plus.

  • Knowledgeable with test tools and behavioral interviewing skills.
  • Experience in people development and employee retention.

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will develop, implement, and manage all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures and initiatives to achieve recruitment objectives such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, onboarding and induction of new employees, and identifying and engaging freelancers.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also oversee employees’ journey throughout the probation period, ensuring they are comfortable, performing well, their progress is properly monitored and any challenges are addressed promptly.

What will you do:
  • Recruitment at all levels: fresh graduate / new starter, experienced staff, supervisors and managers – including in technology.
  • Advertising job ads through online and direct channels.
  • Skilled at prospecting, undertaking proactive searches, sourcing candidates who are not actively searching.
  • Assisting the Hiring Manager to find the right candidate.
  • Using tailored recruitment applications.
  • Overseeing employee’s journey throughout the probation period.
