A successful growing company in Jakarta is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment processes and oversee employee probation periods. Candidates should have a Bachelor degree, 3+ years of recruitment experience, and excellent English proficiency. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential. This role offers a chance to contribute to a growing business focused on preventing fraud.
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will develop, implement, and manage all aspects of recruitment including policies, processes, procedures and initiatives to achieve recruitment objectives such as search, prospecting, screening, interviewing, testing, offer-making, negotiation, agreements, onboarding and induction of new employees, and identifying and engaging freelancers.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also oversee employees’ journey throughout the probation period, ensuring they are comfortable, performing well, their progress is properly monitored and any challenges are addressed promptly.
