The VP of Supply Chain will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the supply chain strategies that support Evermos's general trade initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the general trade distribution landscape and the ability to manage and optimize supply chain operations, from distribution companies to wholesalers and retailers. The successful candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive efficiencies, and implement best practices across the supply chain to meet the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with Evermos's business goals and general trade initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end operations of the supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination from distribution companies to wholesalers and retailers.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, distribution partners, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure supply chain efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
• Drive innovation within the supply chain to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and agility.
• Oversee the management of supply chain risks, ensuring robust contingency plans are in place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and product launches.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards across the supply chain.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on general trade distribution operations.
• A proven track record of leading supply chain operations in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
• Deep understanding of the general trade distribution landscape, including working knowledge of distribution companies, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the capability to leverage data in decision-making processes.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of successful partnerships.
