Job Responsibilities

Animation, toys, and FMCG sectors; with B2B sales experience in distribution channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

Partner Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify and screen high-quality partners (including agents, distributors, and store franchisees) in target markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia.

Business Negotiation & Cooperation: Lead business negotiations with potential partners, draft and sign cooperation agreements, continuously expand distribution channels, and increase the company’s business coverage in target markets.

Relationship Maintenance & Problem-Solving: Maintain long-term good relationships with partners, promptly respond to and properly resolve various issues arising during cooperation to ensure the smooth progress of partnerships.

Channel Development: Achieve all indicators set by the company, including sales targets, shipment volume, number of sales outlets, and number of distributors, and establish a distributor network.

Requirements

Educational Background: College degree or above; majors in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields are preferred.

Work Experience: At least 3 years of business development experience with successful cases in channel expansion or cooperation projects.

Competencies: Excellent business negotiation skills, communication and coordination abilities, and market development capabilities; able to adapt to long-term business trips.

Customer Resources: Abundant channel customer resources in the Southeast Asian market (priority given to distributors in animation, toys, and FMCG sectors).
