• Extensive experience in Product counseling across jurisdictions.
• Experience in advising within HR-tech, especially EOR/PEO/HRIS.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks and data protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS and AI product counseling end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate product terms and AI-specific clauses.
• Monitor new AI and tech regulations.
