Role Purpose: The Head of Propositions & GTM (Go-To-Market) Design is a strategic leadership role within the Innovation & New Product Development function, responsible for shaping, validating, and commercializing new product propositions in the rapidly evolving telecommunications industry. This role translates emerging technologies, customer insights, and market trends into scalable and revenue-generating consumer and enterprise offerings.
The individual will lead the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility studies to pilot testing and full-scale market deployment. A key aspect is ensuring that all new product launches have a clear value proposition, competitive pricing model, and seamless go-to-market strategy. Collaboration is essential, as this role works closely with Product Development, Digital, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Partner Ecosystem Teams to accelerate time-to-market and maximize adoption. The ideal candidate will be a commercially savvy innovator, capable of bridging technology with customer needs while ensuring that new propositions contribute to the company’s growth, differentiation, and long-term success in the telco market.
