Job summary
A prominent real estate developer in Indonesia seeks a Civil Engineering Supervisor to manage complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and bring at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include overseeing project design, ensuring adherence to budgets, conducting inspections, and preparing detailed work schedules. Candidates must be proficient in project management software including Civil 3D and SAP2000. A strong focus on leadership and problem-solving skills is essential for success in this role.

- Setup, design and supervise the planning and design stages of civil and architectural projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Perform due diligence on new construction sites, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
- Oversee all project stages, from initial planning to final execution and completion.
- Survey new construction sites and evaluate existing structures for potential upgrades.
- Design and recommend improvements to CAD drawings (including software like SAP2000, Etabs, and CityEngineering) to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Prepare cost estimations (BoQs) and project budgets, ensuring financial viability.
- Prepare detailed work schedules, allocating resources effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure projects meet all industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
- Document project processes and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role within civil engineering.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on setup, execution, and quality control.
- In‑depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, architectural concepts, and construction standards/codes.
- Proficiency in civil engineering and architectural project management software (Civil 3D, SAP2000, Etabs, CityEngineering, and CAD).
- Excellent leadership, project management, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Availability to perform construction site visits outside of regular business hours when necessary.
