Civil Engineering Supervisor (Project & Developer)

• Perform due diligence on new construction sites, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.
• Oversee all project stages, from initial planning to final execution and completion.
• Survey new construction sites and evaluate existing structures for potential upgrades.
• Design and recommend improvements to CAD drawings (including software like SAP2000, Etabs, and CityEngineering) to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Prepare cost estimations (BoQs) and project budgets, ensuring financial viability.
• Prepare detailed work schedules, allocating resources effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure projects meet all industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
• Document project processes and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior management or supervisory role within civil engineering.
