Job description

C+C&Co is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary creative agency. You will play a vital role in supporting all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming concepts to delivering polished final products. The applicant will work closely with the Design Lead and Creative Director on projects covering a wide spectrum of sectors and disciplines.

This position puts an emphasis in being an exemplary member in both practical skills and leadership capabilities in design projects.

Placement

Surabaya Office. No WFH/Remote arrangement.

Salary Range

Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 8.400.000

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy - Authentic, engaged and active on brand. Positively representing C+C&Co on a multitude of platforms wherever possible.
• Great command of English and able to converse in English.
• Creation and production of artworks.
• Be a part and/or lead discussions and creative brainstormings.
• Mentoring the Visual Designers in creativity and skills.
• Contributing in strategic design approaches in answering brief.
• Supervision of timeline for the projects.
• Participating in developing learning programmes that develops the team’s capability.
• Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team.
• Producing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 – 4 years experience working in design agencies of various disciplines ranging from digital imaging, illustrations, branding and/or packaging.
• Preferably Woman.
• Familiarity with print and digital applications.
• Good understanding in designing according the brief’s challenges and market’s needs.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
• Great visual eye and focus on details.
• Prior experience in communicating with clients.
• Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics.
• Good knowledge in Adobe Ps, Ai Id and another supplementary software (Ae or Xd).
• A good understanding and demonstration of user centred design principles.
• Able to develop simple and elegant design approaches to design problems.
• A good understanding and application of design systems.
