Qualifications

Job description

Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, construction details) using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

Update and revise drawings in line with design development, consultants’ comments, and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with provided local authority guidelines for landed housing projects.

Produce detailed submission drawings and assist with authority submissions where required.

Develop 3D models of landed home projects (new build, A&A, and interior works) using SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / Lumion / Enscape.

Produce high-quality renderings, perspectives, and walkthroughs to support design presentations.

Assist the design team in exploring design options through quick 3D massing and visualization.

Create realistic material, lighting, and landscape renderings to communicate design intent clearly to clients.

Design Support

Work closely with architects, designers to translate conceptual designs into technical and visual outputs.

Support the team in client presentations, design submissions, and marketing collaterals with visual materials.

Provide drafting and visualization support for smaller projects such as interior renovations, additions & alterations (A&A), and condominium units.

Coordination

Coordinate drawings and 3D visuals within Design studio team.

Assist in preparing construction drawing packages.

Maintain proper filing, version control, and drawing/document management.

Stay updated with latest drafting, rendering, and visualization software and techniques.

Contribute to improving the team’s workflow efficiency and presentation quality.

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape/3ds Max, Photoshop , Adobe Suite (or equivalent).

Strong eye for architectural detail, proportion, and design aesthetics.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Familiarity with Singapore building regulations (URA, BCA, FSSD) preferred.
