A leading FMCG packaged-beverage company in Indonesia is seeking an HRGA Manager to lead HR and General Affairs functions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR, specifically in FMCG or Retail environments. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, managing employee lifecycle, and performance management. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with management and headquarters. This role is crucial in enhancing workforce capability and reducing turnover.
This role requires the candidate to work in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia.
Our client is an FMCG packaged-beverage company established in 2022 in Indonesia, operating a water purification plant in Bali with a Singapore-designed process to provide high-quality drinking water. The company focuses on sustainability initiatives, including water purification, glass bottling, wastewater and effluent treatment, and rainwater harvesting. It produces premium drinking water in multiple formats, including gallon refills for home and business use, glass bottles for dining and lifestyle consumption, and aluminum cans for retail and distribution. Its commercial reach spans offline retail, hotels, restaurants, cafés, event partners, lifestyle venues, and residential and office delivery networks.
With around 70–80 employees, the company integrates manufacturing, distribution, and field sales operations, positioning itself as a modern contender in Indonesia’s growing drinking-water market. It is currently strengthening its organization in Bali to scale national sales execution, improve plant discipline, enhance workforce stability, and foster an overall performance culture, requiring a hands‑on HR leader capable of building systems and elevating talent readiness.
The HRGA Manager will oversee end-to-end HR and General Affairs functions, building workforce capability, improving retention, and driving employee performance for the production plant and commercial operations. This includes leadership in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, industrial relations, performance management, compensation development, and general‑affairs administration.
The role requires a manager who can implement HR discipline on the production floor, reduce turnover, elevate performance, manage legal and IR matters, and support HR systems for a growing FMCG manufacturing workforce and retail operations.
