A fast-growing Broadcast Media company is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to enhance organizational performance and culture. The role involves conducting assessments, implementing performance programs, and analyzing data. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience. This position requires on-site work at the Tokyo Hub PIK 2 and proficiency in office and business administration software. - Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
- Designing and implementing performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
- Measuring the achievement of established goals.
- Analyzing data and creating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
- Collecting and evaluating input from all organizational levels regarding noteworthy accomplishments, areas for advancement, highlights, and concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred in Human resources)
- A minimum 4-5 years experience as an organizational development specialist
- Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
- Willing to work on our HO (Tokyo Hub PIK 2)
